SnagRes offers optional SMS text alerts to registered users. If you opt in, you may receive availability alerts when a reservation you are tracking opens, one-time verification codes when you add or change your number, and optional periodic summaries of the restaurants you track. SnagRes does not send marketing texts and never messages a number you did not enter and verify yourself.
Text alerts are strictly opt-in. To turn them on you sign in to SnagRes, open your alert settings, enter your own mobile number, and confirm the one-time code we text you. Entering your number and confirming that code is your consent to receive recurring alert and summary texts. We never add a number without this in-app verification, and we never use purchased or third-party lists.
Frequency varies with how many restaurants you track and how often they release availability; most users receive a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any SnagRes text to opt out of all messages at any time, or reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also turn texts off from your account settings. We use your number only to send these texts, we do not sell it, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
