Usually not. Booking a table on Resy, OpenTable or SevenRooms is normally free for diners, though a restaurant may take a card to charge a no-show or late-cancellation fee, or ask for a deposit. Tock is the exception: many Tock restaurants sell prepaid tickets, so you pay when you book. Paying a reseller is different, and in New York a website or app may not sell a restaurant's reservations without its written agreement. SnagRes alerts are free to start and never charge per table.

When a restaurant on your watchlist releases new dates on Resy, OpenTable, Tock or SevenRooms, SnagRes detects it in real time. Plus members get a text, or a push notification in the iPhone app, the moment it happens. Email alerts are bundled into a summary: at most one email per hour by default, or every 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours if you choose, covering every release across your watched restaurants in that window. You can set the frequency on the account page.
There is no platform-wide release hour. Each restaurant controls its booking window and drop time. SnagRes publishes city-specific release guides for New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago, and leaves the time blank where the restaurant has not confirmed one.
Resy, OpenTable, Tock and SevenRooms are where the booking happens. SnagRes is a monitoring layer that watches the restaurants it covers, tells you when availability appears and links you back to the restaurant's own booking page. It never signs in or books for you.

Sign in and go to the account page. Click "Manage payment method, invoices, or cancel." That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel with two clicks. Your Plus access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you joined Plus in the SnagRes iPhone app, the App Store bills you instead: change or cancel it in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
No, and that is deliberate. SnagRes alerts you the second a table opens; you book it yourself on whichever platform the restaurant uses (Resy, OpenTable, Tock, or SevenRooms). Auto-booking would violate those platforms' terms and can get your account banned, so SnagRes never logs into your accounts and never books on your behalf. The alert is timed so you can grab the table manually within seconds of a release.
