The fifteen days is the part worth knowing before you set an alarm. In the calendar we read, dates have reached about 7 days out, and at our last check the furthest open date was 5 days away. So the published window is two weeks and the practical window has behaved more like one. Plan for a week ahead and you will be early rather than wrong.
We have recorded 308 separate release events at ADDA across 60 of the days we watched it, several a day. That is a jittery calendar edge rather than one clean daily roll: dates appear in dribbles, and a date that flickers into view can be taken before the next check. It is also the strongest argument against refreshing by hand, because the pattern has no single moment you can sit on.
Compare that with its sibling. Dhamaka, on the same platform and the same 9 AM hour, produced 68 release events across 52 days. Two restaurants from one group, one booking system, and different calendar behaviour. That difference only shows up if somebody checks both every few minutes.
The open tables at ADDA are at the edges of service. We have logged 104,829 open slots there, and 50% of them were 9:00 PM or later, with 9:30 PM the single most frequent time in our records. Another 40% were before 6 PM. Only 10% fell in the 7:00 to 8:30 PM window most people actually ask for.
So the honest version of the ADDA problem is not that the restaurant has no tables. It is that the tables it gives up are a late one or an early one. Ask for 9:30 PM and you are pointed at the most common opening in our record for this room. Ask for 7:30 PM and you are competing for the thin slice of availability that everybody else wants too.

As with every seating figure we publish, these are the times left open when we looked, not ADDA's service hours. At a hard restaurant those are close to opposites: a late slot shows up constantly in our data because 7:30 PM does not survive long enough to be recorded.
Two routes, and they call for different behaviour. The first is the 9:00 AM release. Be on SevenRooms at nine, already signed in with your party size selected, and take whatever is there. The second is a cancellation, which is where most of the seats real diners end up with actually come from, because the release rarely leaves anything standing.
Cancellations at ADDA do not arrive on a schedule. They surface when a guest's plans change, at whatever hour that happens, and a freed table belongs to whoever sees it first. Since our checks find something open on only 4% of Saturday looks, the interval between a table appearing and a table being gone is short enough that noticing is the entire skill.
The one thing that never works is refreshing at 9:05 AM and concluding the restaurant is impossible. By five past nine the morning release is usually spent. What you want after that is something watching the room for you for the next several days while you get on with your life, and an ask flexible enough to accept the late table when it appears.
Set an alarm for 9:00 AM with SevenRooms open and your party size already chosen.
Ask for a late or an early seat: 50% of ADDA's open slots are 9 PM or later and 40% are before 6 PM.
Prefer a Wednesday or Tuesday over a Friday or Saturday, since Wednesday checks came back open at 16% against Saturday's 4%.

If either room would make your evening, ask Dhamaka first. Dhamaka had a bookable table on 23% of dates against ADDA's 7%, and its weekday odds are almost identical from Sunday through Saturday, between 20% and 22% of checks. ADDA swings from 4% on a Saturday to 16% on a Wednesday.
Prime time splits them too. Dhamaka gave up 24% of its open slots in the 7:00 to 8:30 PM window. ADDA gave up 10%. If an 8 PM table is the actual requirement rather than a preference, that is a real difference in where the availability lives.
None of which makes ADDA the lesser restaurant. It is a harder calendar, and knowing which of two rooms from the same group has the looser calendar on the night you want is the sort of thing worth checking before you spend a week refreshing the wrong one.
