The release-times table lists each room's next drop date, and a reminder on the row texts members a few minutes before it.

7 AM Central: 1 room, Maxwells Trading.
Noon Central: 3 room, Cerdito Muerto, Kasama and Smyth.
Count back the window from the night you want, be on the booking page at the release minute with the party size set, and take the first slot that fits. If you are booking from the East Coast, add an hour: a 9 AM Chicago release is 10 AM in New York.
A release is not a cancellation. When the calendar opens, a whole night goes up at once and the popular tables are gone inside a minute. Cancellations arrive one at a time for the rest of the window, and that is what the alert is for.
