In this neighborhood the two things that move the odds most are how many of you there are and which night you ask for. I Cavallini is open on 3% of dates for two and 7% for four. The Four Horsemen reads 0% for two and 0% for four.

Then the calendar. Lilia is open on 87% of the Wednesdays we checked and 20% of the Saturdays, a 67-point spread inside a single restaurant. If you have been telling people Lilia is impossible, you were probably asking for a Saturday, and if someone tells you it is easy, they were probably eating on a Wednesday. Both experiences are real.

So Lilia can be planned nearly a month ahead while I Cavallini genuinely cannot, and an alarm set for a date that has not entered the window yet is the most common wasted morning in this neighborhood.
For Lilia and Laser Wolf the release is a real strategy: be there at 10 AM with your party size chosen and a weeknight is usually yours. For The Four Horsemen the 7 AM drop is a formality for anyone who is not already at the screen, and 292 observed releases alongside a 0% two-top reading is the evidence rather than an opinion.

Lilia is 49% late, led by 9:30 PM. Laser Wolf, the broadest room here, spans 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM and has 10:30 PM as its single most common opening.
Sushi Hayashi is the counterweight. Its most common open seat is 1:00 PM, the earliest is 1:00 PM, and the latest is 9:30 PM, with 48% of openings early. So the omakase counter that is open on nearly every date we checked is also the one that will feed you before the rest of the neighborhood sits down, which is the easiest good dinner on this list by a wide margin.
The Four Horsemen is the interesting shape. Its single most common open slot is 11:15 AM, and 66% of what we have seen open there is an early or daytime seat. For a room at 0% for two, that tells you where the thin chances actually live: not at eight in the evening, where prime time is 2% of its openings.
The practical reading is simple. If you want to eat at nine or later, I Cavallini, Lilia, and Laser Wolf all open at that hour and your problem is the date rather than the time. If you want to eat early, Sushi Hayashi is the measured answer and the others are a coin flip at best.
For The Four Horsemen, the way in is a cancellation rather than the release. The seats real diners sit in come from other guests giving theirs up, and those openings do not arrive on a clock. They surface at odd hours as plans change, deposits get reconsidered, and parties shrink, and they cluster in the last day or two before a date, when whoever booked a month earlier finally admits they cannot go.
That is the window nobody can cover by hand. A table freed at 4 PM on a Tuesday is invisible unless something is watching for it, and no person refreshes Resy every few minutes for two straight days.
