Pastis is in the Meatpacking District and takes reservations on Resy. It publishes no release time, so this guide sticks to what we measured, and the other ways in.
A table for two was open on 90% of dates, so booking ahead works.

Not usually, if you book a few days ahead. When we last checked on November 6, 2026, a table for two was open on 90% of the dates in the window.
What goes first is the hour: only 9% of the open slots we log fall between 7:00 and 8:30 PM. The time we see open most often is 10:00 PM.
Pastis publishes no release hour. In our checks its Resy calendar runs about 27 days ahead, with new dates joining the far end of the window, so there is no morning drop to set an alarm for.
Pastis is the French brasserie Keith McNally first opened in the Meatpacking District, revived on Gansevoort Street with Stephen Starr. McNally designed the room again: the curved zinc bar, the subway tile and the old mirrors are back.
The bar is first come, first served, with no standing room, and Pastis serves lunch on weekdays, brunch on weekends and a midday menu from 3 to 5 PM every day, so there are more ways in than a dinner booking.
Try an earlier or later time, or wait for a cancellation. SnagRes watches Pastis's Resy calendar and texts you when a table opens on your date. You book it yourself on Resy; we never book, hold or resell a table.
Yes. It takes reservations on Resy.
