The five dates with nothing on them were almost certainly the window's four Sundays plus one ordinary night. The band totals come out at 37% in the early-evening pair and 47% across 7:30 to 8:00 PM, which means half of all Boulevard availability is prime time. Only 9% of open slots are before 6 PM and 1% are 9 PM or later. This is not a room surviving on scraps at the edges of service.
Party size barely moves any of it. For four people the calendar showed a table on the same 25 of 30 dates as for two. Boulevard is bookable at a normal dinner hour for a normal party, which is rarer among well-known rooms than it should be.

Every night but Sunday, and that is the honest answer rather than a dodge. Across 258,262 checks, Thursday led at 26%, with Friday at 84%, Wednesday at 84%, Tuesday at 84%, Saturday at 83% and Monday at 81%. Sunday has never been open.
We only name an easiest and a hardest night when the gap between them is at least ten points, because below that the label reads as insight when it is really noise. Boulevard does not clear that bar, so this page does not name a best night. At Angler, a few minutes along the same waterfront, the gap is twelve points and we do name one.
Practically, the weekday choice that matters here is Sunday versus everything else. Monday is a little thinner than the rest, and Saturday is not meaningfully harder than Tuesday, which is not true of most of the rooms we track.
