When NYC restaurants release reservations
Every Resy restaurant releases dates on a schedule. Most work on a rolling 30-day window: each night around midnight, one new day appears. A smaller number release fresh batches of prime dates weekly (Tuesday or Wednesday mornings are the most common). Two-tops on Saturday night at 7:30pm are the hardest slot in New York. If you can go at 5:15pm or 9:45pm, or on a Monday, or as a party of three or four, availability explodes.
