When SF restaurants release reservations
San Francisco reservations are split across four systems: Resy (Nari, Mister Jiu's), OpenTable (Boulevard, Kokkari, Frances), Tock (Lazy Bear, Benu, Saison), and SevenRooms (Quince, Cotogna). Each releases dates on its own schedule and shows availability with its own quirks. The tracker consolidates all four so you can watch a Tock spot next to a Resy spot without switching apps.
Most SF Resy restaurants use a rolling 30-day window that opens at midnight. Tock restaurants often release in weekly batches on Wednesdays or Fridays. OpenTable spots tend to release nightly, sometimes not quite at midnight. Because SF spans more platforms than NYC, the "when" is much more restaurant-specific. Knowing your target's release cadence is 90% of the game.
