Is using a reservation alert legal?

Yes. SnagRes only tells you a table has opened; you make the booking yourself on Resy, under your own name. It does not resell tables, hold them with bots or book for you, which is where resale and auto-booking services cross the line.

Does SnagRes book Iara for me?

No. SnagRes tells you the moment a table opens at Iara and links you to Resy with the date filled in, and you finish the booking yourself. It never signs in to your account, so the account stays in good standing.
